Celebrate Tree Month at California Botanic Garden by joining Director of Horticulture Peter Evans for an evening stroll on Thursday, August 19 at 6pm. Together you will admire and learn about the trees that share the Garden with us every day. Peter will combine natural history and tree biology, with admiration of trees from all over our remarkably diverse state.

The tour will be roughly one-hour and will require approximately 1 mile of walking. Some paths are uneven and many are unpaved. There are some steps and uphill or downhill grades. Although much of the walk will be at least partially shaded, a hat and sun protection are recommended. Please carry water and dress appropriately for the weather. Sturdy walking shoes are recommended.
Register today as space is very limited. Following public health guidelines, participants who are not fully vaccinated must wear masks and practice social distancing.
