Come experience the joy of Goat Yoga on our beautiful family farm in Encinitas!
Whether you are an experienced yogi or simply looking for a joyful new adventure, our gentle, all-levels class is designed to be fun, relaxed, and wonderfully unexpected. As you move—or happily sit—on your mat, friendly goats wander through the class, nuzzle your toes, investigate your belongings, and occasionally climb aboard your downward dog.
Expect plenty of laughter, goat cuddles, and pure farm joy.
