Rochester Hearing and Speech Center is proud to offer the DIRFloortime® Program with expert DIRFloortime® Trainer, Jackie Bartell, MSEd.
The Interdisciplinary Council on Development and Learning is the Home of DIR® and DIRFloortime®.
This program is made possible thanks to a grant from the Golisano Foundation.
DIRFloortime® is an evidence-based model that helps us promote healthy development and is especially powerful in helping children on the autism spectrum or with other developmental or emotional challenges. The DIRFloortime® model builds a healthy foundation for social, emotional, and intellectual capacities rather than focusing exclusively on skills and isolated behaviors. It is a model that is being used around the world.
This session will explain some of the barriers and supportive solutions toward connected learning through a developmental lens with a focus on relationship and individual differences. It will also showcase some amazing success stories!
FREE Pre-registration is required for each the information session and training.
