Video ads run at the top of every page, non-exclusively (up to 5 videos at any given time). You supply MP4 or MOV file, plus a thumbnail graphic. Video can be any length.
Content ads: $480/year $240/year
Content ads are displayed at the top of subject pages like birthday parties, indoor play centers, summer camp and class subjects, special needs, fall, holiday, winter, and summer, private school, preschool, etc. They appear on gray backgrounds at the top of these search results pages; wording is up to 110 words plus a square graphic.
Paragraphs in weekly e-newsletter: $100/week $50/week
Newsletters are sent every Thursday morning to all local subscribers. Pre-order paragraphs in bulk for as many weeks as you'd like for 2024; paragraphs are up to 110 words plus graphic plus links to your web page... just let your customer care manager know how many and we'll work out the dates later.
Image ads in weekly e-newsletter: $200/week $100/week
In addition to newsletter text, we also run image ads near the top of the newsletter; these can be square (250 x 250 pixels) or leaderboard-dimensioned (728 x 90). Let your customer care manager know how many weeks you'd like to run, and you can work out the dates later.
Paragraphs in special edition annual newsletters: $150/week $75
Special annual newsletters are sent in January (preschool), March and April (summer camp), May (birthday), August (extracurricular / after school), October (birthday) and November (private school) to our entire subscriber list. Let your customer care manager know the editions in which you'd like to appear.
Upgraded listing: $100/month $50/month
Upgrading from a free to paid listing on KidsOutAndAbout.com boosts your business wherever you appear on our site (in a list or on our calendar) and highlights your posts with graphics and description, resulting in 4-5 times the click-through rate of non-upgraded listings). Order as many contiguous months as you like.
To take advantage of this sale, just email your customer care manager or call him or her on the number listed in the email you received alerting you to the sale. In the body of your email, indicate which elements you're interested in purchasing and approximately when you'd like the ads to run, or ask any questions. Your proposal will be sent to you promptly for your review; once you approve it, we'll send the invoice and finalize the dates. **If you ordered in a similar sale in previous years and would like us to clone your previous contract and send it as a proposal, that's super easy... just ask for it from your customer care manager, and you'll receive one right away.
There are a few conditions to this special sale:
- Your order MUST be finalized with a signed contract by December 31, 2023.
- Your order must be paid by January 31 (or before your advertising runs, whichever is sooner). We are happy to accept payment via ACH, check, and credit card before EOY 2023, too, for those who need to spend down 2023 budgets.
- Pricing is valid on new orders only.
